What are your showroom/office hours?

The Seventh Heaven warehouse is available Monday-Saturday by appointment only.

Where are you located?

We are located at 41919 Osgood Road Fremont, Ca. 94539.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit your warehouse?

Yes. Please email hello@seventhheavenvintage.com to schedule an appointment.

Do you have a minimum rental fee?

Yes. A minimum rental fee of $500 is required for delivery orders beyond North of San Francisco or South of Morgan Hill.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes. Delivery logistics throughout the San Francisco bay area depends upon the distance traveled, the size of your order, and miscellaneous aspects that may vary. A milage fee for all delivery orders from the Seventh Heaven warehouse travelled to your event destination, starts at $1.95 per mile excluding a $25 dollar refuel charge. The labor involved to successfully deliver and setup the placement of furniture, likewise teardown at return pickup, starts at a rate of $150.

How do I secure my event date?

A 50% non-refundable deposit, along with a signed contract agreement will be required to successfully lock in your event date. Copies of both a valid credit card and driver's license will also be required.

I have a truck, can I pick up the rentals from your warehouse myself?

Will call pick-up at our Fremont warehouse is available for small orders. Large furniture selections such as farm tables and/or upholstered seating pieces is excluded.

What happens if something breaks or gets lost?

Upon signing contract, Seventh Heaven will require both a valid credit card and driver's license to keep on file. For all tabletop items not returned, or are returned chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged, the credit card on file will be charged three times (3x) the rental rate. For all furniture, architectural, and/or decor pieces, that are not returned or are returned damaged, the credit card on file will be charged three times (3x) the rental rate. If an item is returned stained or damaged but can be cleaned or repaired, the credit card on file will only be charged the cost Seventh Heaven incurred to fix it, along with a 10% daily rate for the duration of time the item is away from the Seventh Heaven warehouse.

Will Seventh Heaven be in charge of designing and styling my rental selection?

Creative Direction, Design and/or Styling is an all-inclusive service when booking Seventh Heaven's Prop Styling service only. Standard "per item" rentals will be delivered and placed as instructed.

I have vintage pieces Im looking to sell, are you interested?

Seventh Heaven is always on the hunt for new treasures. Please email hello@seventhheavenvintage.com with a minimum of 8-9 images, as well as your asking price. Only those that provide the following will be considered.
